kerabu mangga..yummm..

assalamualaikum..tik tok tik tok...
jam da menunjukkan pukul 7.33 ptg..tibalah masa utk berbuka pose..hehe
ape yg aku amik dulu...semestinya kerabu mangga lah..
dah jdi makanan feveret aku sekarang ni..
xdpt dipisahkan...(^_^)

ni resepinye....

Kerabu Mangga Muda

Bahan-Bahannye ialah...
3 biji mangga muda - mayang memanjang
5 ulas bawang merah - hiris nipis
6 biji cili api - potong kecil
Ikan bilis - digoreng
Kacang Tanah - goreng dgn sudu besar gula
2 sudu besar sos ikan
3 biji limau nipis - ambil air perahan
2 helai daun salad
Garam secukup rasa

Cara caranye plak...
Gaulkan hirisan mangga, bawang merah, cili api, gula, sos ikan, garam, perahan limau nipis.

then..masukkan pulak kacang tanah dan ikan bilis.

Letaklah atas pinggan..n apa lagi...MAKAN!!!

Cadangan Hidangan:
Boleh dihidang segera atau disejukkan dahulu di dalam peti sejuk selama 1/2 jam.
Tambahan:
Jangan campurkan semua bahan terlalu awal kerana ikan bilis dan kacang akan menjadi liat dan lemau. Gaulkan bahan bahan +- 10 minit sebelum dihidangkan supaya ia rasa segar.

temu dan duga

assalamualaikum..

hehehe..kdg2 org slalu ckp susah betul nk dptkn kerja n semuanya bermula dari temuduga atau dalam bahasa orang kampung aku'interview'..hehehehe

actually,for the last few days aku pegi interview untuk jadi trainee auditor at one medium sized audit firm yg bernama wan nadzir & co..sebenarnya aku malas nak tulis nama dia sebab bila orang google firm tu memang sahih akan keluar ape yg aku tulis ni..(malula pulak.hihi)




bedebar tu x payah nak ckp la sbb aku memang spesies orang yang nervous eventhough I know that I can give my very best..i will give my superduper excellent effort..tp mesti nak nervous jugak sampai sakit gigi.hehehehe

mula mula masuk bilik tu kami semua candidates yang apply and come for their walk in interview hari tu diberi masa untuk borak borak dengan staff and auditor trainee dekat situ so that kami boleh dapat agak cara bekerja dan suasana dalam firma tu..n after that barulah audit manager diorang buat interview..
I hope I will get this job..doakan sayerhehehehe

sebnanye aku dah agak lama tak tulis kat sini sebab bila cuti semester sampai..bila aku dah lama tak pegang pen untuk tulis..bila aku bukak laptop hanya untuk main pesbuk..aku jadi malas menulis!!!arghhhhh!!!kenape harus jadi begini????(poyoz..:P)

banyak gambar yang aku da ambil..banyak cerite yang leh aku tulis..tapi aku macam tak bape ade feel je nak tulis..hehehe..maybe sebab sebelum ni aku tulis bila aku bosan kat campus..asyik menyusahkan diri dengan asaimen so bila aku balik rumah cuti..haaaaaa..rileks abes!!!hohoho

tapi aku berazam pasni aku akan sambung balik kerja tulis menulis conteng menconteng nih..kuikuikui..
